Q: What is the Holiday Break Schedule?

Thanksgiving Break is November 26th-30th 2025. Practice resumes December 1st. Christmas Break is December 22nd-January 3rd 2026. Practice Resumes on January 4th. Spring Break is March 30th-April 4th 2026. Practice resumes on April 5th 2026. No Practice May 24th-25th Memorial Day Weekend.

Q: Who is coaching my child's level?

We are busy interviewing and hiring coaches. We will take into consideration which coach is best fitted for each age level. All coaches go through significant training to ensure that your child will get the best coaching! We are doing more professional training for all coaches this upcoming season.

Q: How long is the season?

All teams start practicing in November after their school seasons are over. Full season goes until June. Regional teams go until Mid-April. In Mid-April we start our Spring season teams and they go until Mid June.

Q: How often are Tournaments and where are they?

We average 2 tournaments per month starting in December. We will be entering most teams in to the Windy City Power League or the CVL. The open dates will be filled with other 2 or 1 day tournaments. Some National teams will participate in a 3-Day tournament. Regional teams stay local (no farther than Indiana).

Philosophy

Eich’s Volleyball Club believes in helping each and every one of our players get the most out of their abilities. EVC believes in teaching the athletes to not only be a better player but a better person. We expect that each and every player is a good role-model and is a positive contributor to the community. If players work hard and have the right attitude, they will get better and increase their chance to play at the next level.

Fees and Other Information

2025-26 Club Prices

Prices do NOT include Tournament Fees

Middle School Teams (12u-14u) Full Season: $1850

High School Teams (15u-18u) Full Season: $2050

Regional: $1550

National Teams: ALL players who get selected to participate on a National level team will be required to pay a National Deposit. This fee will come off your fees for the National Tournament and is non-refundable. All players are required to attend nationals and will pay for the National tournament, whether they attend or do not (due to injury or other unforeseen incidents).

High School National Teams - $1070-$1270

High School Non-National Teams - $900

Middle School National Teams - $1200

Middle School Non-National Teams - $875

Regional Teams - $380

Uniform Fees

Fees do not include uniform fees. Uniform fees are expected to be aprox $350-$400. If returning players have any of the items needed for this season, they will not need to purchase them for this year.

Whats Needed

All player will need to have:

1 New Game Jersey (Purple sleeveless)
Black Long sleeve jersey (same as last season)
Practice Jersey(s) (purple short sleeve)
Warm-up Top and Bottom (Grey quarter zip and black sweatpants)
Backpack (UA Same as last season)
Black Spandex
Socks
White Knee pads

Full Payment before first practice
*2 Payments
*4 Monthly Payments. Payments due the first of every month

$25 fee for each payment made;

Credit Card payments will include 4% fees.

Who is coaching my child's level?

What is the Practice Schedule?

Full season teams practice 2-3 times a week. Full season teams practice on Sundays (when they do not have a tournament) November through April. Regional teams do not practice on Sundays. All teams practice twice during the week. Teams practice on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some teams start at 5 or 5:30pm. Other teams practice at 7 or 7:30pm. Practices are 2 hours.

What Team will my child be on?

Teams are not set until after we start practices in November. We do this so we can best determine what level your child will succeed at and be able to have the best chance to get playing time. It typically takes about 2-3 weeks of practices before this is determined. If you checked the Regional only box at registration, they will not be considered for a Full season team (Elite, National, Premier or Select).

What's needed for USAV Memberships?

Only new members without a previous membership need the tryout membership.
The tryout membership will need to be upgraded prior to full participation with a EVC is they make the team.
Cost of the tryout membership is $10 total and will be deducted when upgrading to a full membership.
This membership link will be good for the entirety of the 25-26 season (including for Fall tryouts or Spring season tryouts).
