Refund Policy

Leagues

2 or More weeks prior to player draft/evaluations – 75% refund less taxes and fees.

Less than 2 weeks prior to draft/evaluation 50% refund less taxes and fees

After teams conduct draft/evaluation- 0% refund

If Eich’s cancel’s the league due to low enrollment a full refund (less credit card fees and taxes) will be given to the customer.  In the event Eich's cannot offer the activity due to covid restrictions or other uncontrollable conditions, Eich's will re-schedule the activity when we are permitted to do so.  Eich's will give you a full credit to use in a future session within one calendar year of re-opening.

Camps/Clinics

No refunds will be given for camps or clinics.

If Eich’s cancel’s the camp due to low enrollment, a full refund (less credit card fees and taxes) will be given to the customer.  

EVC Club Tryouts

Absolutely NO refunds for Tryouts

EVC - Club

No refunds will be given for any reason after tryouts, including injury.

Parties

No refunds are given for parties.

We will however make every attempt to change your date or time as long as the request is made 2 or more weeks prior to the date of the scheduled party.

Pickleball

No refunds for Pickleball Passes - 10 packs are valid 1 year from date purchased
