Allison Kwasny has four years of club volleyball experience, most recently finishing her final season at EVC, and two years of coaching under her belt. Allison brings a well-rounded, deep understanding of the game to every private lesson. Having played every hitting position on the court, she knows first hand what it takes to be a smart and dependable attacker.
Her background as both a high-level player and an experienced coach (including EVC’s In-House program and coaching Heritage Groves 7th grade team in 2024) allows Allie to break down mechanics and court strategy in a way that connects with younger athletes. Allie pays close attention to technical details, focusing not just in the “how” but, the “why” behind every movement.
Beyond skill development, Allie’s goal is to build genuine confidence. She brings high energy, positive leadership, and a strong work ethic to every session, creating a supportive environment where players feel motivated to push their limits, sharpen their skills, and fall in love with the game like she did.
